Shipping is by Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery. If you are ordering more than one item I will combine costs.

Free shipping for orders £60 and over

£3.50 for a single item (except card wallets and cosmetic bags)

£5.50 for two or more items, up to a max. of 2kg

£1.00 for card wallets and cosmetic bags

If you're local and you would like to collect just let me know when you order and shipping costs will be removed.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
I make every item with a great deal of care and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not then please contact me and I will do my best to find a solution for you.

Items may be exchanged subject to the purchaser covering the cost of return postage. The replacement item will be shipped free of charge. If you do wish to arrange an exchange you must contact me WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of your purchase,
